1. Delivery Coverage

We offer Pan-India delivery and ship products to most cities, towns, and serviceable locations across India.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Our standard order processing time is:

  • Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
  • Bulk Orders (5+ Units): 2–5 business days (depending on product availability and order size)

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

4. Bulk Orders

We specialize in bulk home appliance orders starting from just 5 units.

Large orders may require additional processing time due to:

  • Multiple shipment coordination

Our sales team will keep you informed about the estimated dispatch and delivery schedule.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product dimensions
  • Weight
  • Quantity ordered

The final shipping cost (if any) will be displayed during checkout or shared in your bulk quotation.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible products or order values.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping Confirmation
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Details

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

If the customer is unavailable, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier company’s policies.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to us.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Landmark
  • City

  • PIN Code
  • Mobile Number

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

9. Inspection at Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.

If you notice:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Broken seals
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product

Please:

  • Take clear photographs before opening the package.
  • Notify the delivery representative if possible.
  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes
  • Courier delays
  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will keep you updated whenever possible.

11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Provide your Order Number.
  • Share photographs of the package (if damaged).

Our team will coordinate with the logistics partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Partial Shipments

In some cases, large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple consignments due to:

  • Warehouse locations
  • Packaging requirements

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

13. Delivery Acceptance

By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the package has been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.

If you discover any issue after opening the package, please contact us within the applicable reporting period.

14. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Orders received outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
