For products with manufacturing defects discovered after installation or use, customers may be covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, service, repair, or replacement will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Non-Returnable Products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
